Protein Veggie Shake Recipe:
- 1/2 cup (or more) organic spinach
- 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of mixed frozen fruit (I usually do peaches, strawberries and blueberries)
