Increase Magnesium to Decrease Disease

Magnesium levels are highly associated with heart disease, stroke and diabetes.

"The researchers, from Zhejiang University and Zhengzhou University in China, found that people in the highest category of dietary magnesium consumption had a
  • 10% lower risk of coronary heart disease
  • 12% lower risk of stroke
  • 26% lower risk of type-2 diabetes
compared to those in the lowest category."

The best source is from green leafy vegetables! An easy way to do that is through veggie shakes.

If you aren't eating enough green leafy vegetables, make sure you supplement with magnesium that is GMP Certified (we recommend and carry Anabolic Laboratories supplements). Therapeutic dose typically starts around 300 - 400 mg per day.

Magnesium is also crucial for digestion and beneficial for people with migraines
