Are you eating enough high fiber foods on a daily basis? Those who eat the most fiber were found to have an 80% greater chance of living a longer and healthier life. 
Many people know that increased fiber intake will keep their digestion regular, but they don't realize how important that is for overall health. 
"Essentially, we found that those who had the highest intake of fiber or total fiber actually had an almost 80 percent greater likelihood of living a long and healthy life over a 10-year follow-up.
