The New Guidelines of High Blood Pressure

The new blood pressure guidelines say that anyone who has a BP of 130/80 or higher now has high blood pressure.
"Under the new guidelines, hypertension now affects 46 percent of the adult U.S. population, which translates to an increase in the use of blood pressure-lowering medications."

Cholesterol guidelines continue to drop even though research doesn't support it. What better way to get more people on drugs than to scare them?
You can never get healthy from taking medication, you will only cover up sickness.
