- 1 filet of sockeye salmon
- 1 full orange squeezed
- 1/2 inch of ginger peeled and minced
- 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place salmon on broiling pan and cook 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until it flakes.
Serve with a slice of fresh orange to squeeze over the salmon. Enjoy!
