For the March New Month's Resolution we're encouraging people to try a new workout each week to switch up their workout routine and get motivated!
To help drive your inspiration set aside a jar and put one dollar in it every time you work out. Every three months use the money to treat yourself. Whether it is a nice steak dinner, new workout clothes or a massage, this will be a continuous incentive to work out.

Another way to burst out of your workout rut is to switch up your normal fitness routine! Sign up for a 5k , try a new class or find a workout buddy.
